Responsibilities
Administrate new employee on-boarding and orientation, and provide HR policy and procedure guidance to employees.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor law and compliance requirements.Respond to human resources-related inquiries from employeesPayroll and time and attendance management on time.Create and distribute internal communications regarding any HR related mattersDevelop and maintain talent management processes.Support the effective recruitment strategies.Identify future staffing needs and analyze organizational and cost impactMaintain employee personnel records. (workday, payroll system, time and attendance system)Provide support for local and global HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and company eventsQualifications/Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources fieldUnderstanding of working rules, and local regulationsUnderstanding of personnel and compliance records managementStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal savvy to work with people in different function, position, culture and background.Education and Experience Requirements:
