In this role, you will engage with various Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering, making substantial contributions to our organization's achievements. By driving recruitment processes, administering payroll and benefits, and supporting initiatives for employee inclusion and belonging, you will ensure seamless HR operations while cultivating a workplace where every team member can excel. **What you will do** **Talent Acquisition (40%)** + Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes for designated positions. + Enhance the recruitment lifecycle and optimize the candidate experience. + Manage relationships with recruitment partners and external platforms. + Support internal career development and participate in special projects. + Contribute to Talent Acquisition and learning initiatives. **Total Rewards (40%)** + Support payroll processes, including audit-related procedures. + Assist with benefits administration and related communications. + Manage payroll and pension platform integrations. + Support the annual benefits and compensation planning cycles. **Other Responsibilities (20%)** + Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on Inclusion and Belonging initiatives. + Assist with employee lifecycle documentation such as employment certificates. + Support onboarding and offboarding procedures. + Oversee HR-related contracts and purchase orders. + Provide support for training logistics. + Offer additional HR support as needed. + This role is dynamic and varied, and while the list above is comprehensive, it is not exhaustive.
