Job summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will provide expert support and guidance in various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and initiatives. This position will be based in Taiwan and will support both of Taiwan and Vietnam office HR matters as well as involve working closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to deliver effective HR practices.

Job Responsibilities:Deliver full life-cycle recruiting, including job posting, screening and arranging interviewsSource potential candidates on various platforms (104 Job Bank, LinkedIn, IT Associate etc.)Interview candidates combining various methods (E.g. Structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)Conduct reference checksPrepare letter of appointments, confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, certification letter etc.Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome kits, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating necessary paperworkAssist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databasesUpdate and employee records in HR systemPayroll and sales commission processing  Manage employee medical insuranceHandle employee onboarding, including exit interviews, exit clearance,HR reporting according to management requirementsSupport HR initiatives such as employee engagement and CSR activities.

Able to communicate and write in fluent English is a mustDegree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalentComfortable in working with colleagues across other regionsMin 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the technology industryAbility to provide positive employee experiencesSelf-driven, motivated, independent and detailed orientedKnowledge of local labour laws and regulations is an added advantageCandidate with experience in Workday or BIPO, or experience in HR system implementation will have an added advantage
