As a member of the Regional HR team, this role drives the execution of HR initiatives - including recruitment, talent development and employee engagement - to fuel business growth by fostering engaging, inclusive and high-performing teams across China and regional functions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
HR Business Partnering
Provide end-to-end HR support to regional functions (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal & HR) and China Commercial teams, covering recruitment, employee life-cycle management and employee relations, etc.Learning & Talent Development
Coordinate and execute global/regional/China L&D initiatives implementation (e.g., annual learning curriculum, leadership development program, key talent development programs, etc.)Support core business process related to Annual Performance Management and Strategic Talent ReviewCulture & Employee Engagement
Organize culture and engagement activitiesServe as focal point of regional corporate communications (e.g., regional Connect communications, etc.)Support employer branding efforts in ChinaOthers
Support other projects or tasks when requiredEDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldEXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in HR related field within multinational companiesMINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving within matrix organizationsStrong logical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong project management and stakeholder coordinationHave adaptability and willingness to explore the unknown and learn new skillsSelf-motivated and result-drivenProficiency in both oral and written English
