You have the opportunity to join our team as an **HR Shared Services Analyst** at **Punto Polanco, Ciudad de México.** The HRSC Representative is a key function in the People Team operating model. He/she is responsible for two main activities: On the one hand, the HRSC Representative processes requests from employees and managers, regarding life cycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences, among others. The HRSC Representative also interacts with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries. **_Activities:_** - Processing requests from employees and managers on life-cycle events (hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences). - Documentation creation and distribution. - Customer interaction through chat and telephone related to life-cycle management events. **_Requirements:_** - Native or fluent in english, portuguese and spanish. - Customer interaction habilities. - Experience in the human resources area.
