Responsibilities Make an impact Lead a team of shared services professionals and agents to manage the regional HR shared services portfolio, implement and drive a continuous improvement culture and establish best practices, standardization and process governance, manage service quality and service promise towards our customers by performance monitoring via metrics and overall adherence to the HR service framework, support and accompany ongoing service transition activities along the shared services transformation journey and collaborate with a dedicated project team, ensuring stabilization of services after transition, drive and ensure process and policy compliance and support regular internal and external audits. HR Business Partner responsibilities: Act as a strategic consultant between HR and business operations at our site in Budapest, align local HR strategies with overall business goals, partner with local management to support and manage HR related issues, provide specialist advice on HR policies and procedures and manage local implementation requirements, ensuring consistent and compliant application of local labor laws and applicable HR policies, provide necessary professional support to the managers under their direct responsibility for performance evaluation processes, succession planning, and career management. Application Requirements What you need to succeed A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in Shared Services environment including a minimum of 3 years demonstrated leadership experience, strong understanding of P&O processes across the employee lifecycle, exceptional customer service orientation and ideally with an understanding of cultural differences across Europe, proven experience operating in a matrixed or regional organization with the ability to interact and partner with people/ roles at all levels, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SAP/ SuccessFactors is an advantage.
