Are you passionate about Team Management? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of HR Business services (Employee Lifecycle Team).
**You are:**
+ A professional with 1+ years of work experience in NBS on leading position (HRBS or HR background will be an advantage);
+ Passionate leader (promoting and practicing people development, coaching and mentoring team members);
+ An experienced professional in analytics, communication and time management;
+ Able to deal with stressful situations and short deadlines;
+ Experience in process improvements;
+ Skilled in MS Office (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, Share Point;
+ Confident in English on at least an Upper-Intermediate level
**With you we will:** ** **
+ Define and monitor implementation of HR Business services plans and objectives, in line with NBS Lviv strategy;
+ Ensure quality of the end-to-end processes in HR Business services stream;
+ Eliminate waste in the process and drive standardization through coordinating the improvement projects within Operational teams and joint projects with Markets;
+ Perform benchmark of in scope activities with other Markets;
+ Establish and strengthen cooperation with key Market stakeholders and support the Team with issues resolution;
+ Develop functional and leadership competencies of the team members through effective development plans realization;
+ Ensure compliance with the respective markets' legislation and Nestlé audit standards including updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices);
