Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a HR Services Manager - Mexico.

**Job Summary**
The HR Services Manager - Mexico is responsible for leading a team of HR Services professionals to deliver back-office HR support to over 16,000 employees, anticipating further growth across Eaton locations in Mexico. The role involves managing day-to-day activities to ensure successful delivery of HR services and contributing to the long-term development of the HR Services organization. The person in this role will identify and drive ongoing improvements and synergies through standardizing, automating and consolidating processes in support of HR strategy goals. He or she will drive operational performance and service excellence and monitor performance of the team against defined performance/quality standards as well as identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ In coordination with the Director for the Americas region, develop and implement the HRS strategy for the Mexico region
+ Establish and deliver a productivity and quality Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap, including business process improvement and continuous improvement events.
+ Determine expansion strategies for HRS Mexico to build roadmap to cover 100% countries and also new service delivery approaches.
+ Develop and execute against profit plan (budget) objectives and targets annually, and ensure resources deployed optimally.
+ Provide services to customers within the stated timelines in the service level agreements.
+ Ensure all processes are documented and business continuity plans are in place.
+ Drive innovation within a service-based environment.
+ Represent HRS Mexico to external customers as well as various departments within Eaton.
+ Engage with the GHRSS team collaboratively to ensure effective delivery of service for the Region
+ Engage with the Americas HRS LT and provide transparent and constructive inputs
+ Manage Regional HRS Team (21 EE), and provide BOC guidance, develop optimum structure and competencies, also build this young HRS team to provide HR Bench strength for entry level roles
+ Representing the HR Services team during monthly communications meetings and other formats.
+ Assisting with future workforce planning to ensure adequate resources for service delivery.
+ Acting as a supportive leader and coach to a team of professionals.
+ Delivering a full scope of services to a diverse and complex internal customer base, including payroll, employee lifecycle, and C&B activities.
+ Supervising daily activities and workload of the team, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of inquiries.
+ Serving as an escalation point for the HR Services team and interacting with various levels and departments for problem resolution.
+ Training and leading the team through issue resolution processes, including root cause analysis and workload prioritization.
+ Driving and supporting the HR Services team to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
+ Partnering with subject matter experts to resolve complex inquiries.
+ Ensuring the performance and professional development of the team through ongoing coaching, annual reviews, and timely project status updates.
+ Producing statistics, making recommendations, and communicating trends and implications on team scheduling and processing to management.
+ Coordinating team meetings, including agenda generation and tracking action items for follow-up
+ Identifying knowledge gaps and partnering with management to deliver training to produce measurable results.
+ Participating in the selection, training, coaching, and development of new and existing team members.
+ Performing quality assurance checks on data to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
+ Build a strong professional network within the Eaton HR community in Mexico to stay updated on customer experience and how HRS can support HR strategic plans.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors' Degree in HR or Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
+ Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a human resources generalist and/or services role.
+ Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience.
+ HR Operations expertise: strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices with experience in process improvement and optimization.
+ People management: ability to manage and lead a team of HR shared services staff, build effective relationships with other HR functions, and provide coaching and mentoring.
+ Customer Focus: ability to understand the needs of various stakeholders, deliver high quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Project management : ability to manage complex projects, develop project plans, monitor progress and deliver on time/budget.
+ Change management : ability to lead and manage change initiatives, communicate effectively
+ Communication : strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
+ Problem solving: strong analytical skills and ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
+ Continuous improvement: strong focus on innovation, CI tools and enhancing HR shared services delivery. Experience with Lean and Scrum desired.
+ Experience with HR information systems and technologies and other relevant software applications.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment\#LI-MM3
