**👩â💼 The Role: HR Shared Services Analyst**
As an **HR Shared Services Analyst** , you will be the **first point of contact** for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. Youâll work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to deliver a **positive employee experience** .
**🔹 Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage and prepare HR-related documents
+ Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
+ Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
+ Support HR programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
+ Escalate complex queries to senior HR team members when needed
+ Provide administrative support across various HR functions
+ Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting and insights
+ Build and maintain strong internal client relationships

Requirements**
+ Polish Speaker
+ University or College degree
+ 7â12 months of experience in a **customer-facing HR role**
+ Strong analytical and communication skills
+ Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ Experience with **HR systems** (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
