As a HR Service Center Representative, you will assist employees, managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with inquiries/requests of limited complexity, as they pertain to HR policies/procedures, benefits, pay, HR Systems, etc. You’ll triage questions/issues of a more complex nature-including HR case management work-to HR Service Center (HRSC) and functional HR subject-matter experts. You will also utilize HRSC resources/tools such as the HRSC Reference Guide, Employee Handbook, knowledgebase and policy manuals, to answer questions and resolve issues.
**This hybrid position is located in Charlotte, NC**
What you'll do:
Research and resolve basic employee, manager and HRBP inquiries/requests regarding HR policies, procedures, programs and systems
Respond to basic benefits inquiries from employees and managers related to eligibility, qualifying events, commuter benefits, 401(k), benefit enrollment systems, etc.
Answer pay-related questions from employees and managers
Provide support to employees and managers on the use of HR systems
Escalate inquiries/requests of a more complex nature, to include HR case management, specialist staff located within the HR functional areas, or other SME's
Support continuous improvement principles by actively participating in tier huddles
Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor's preferred
Minimum 1 year of customer service-oriented work experience
Prior experience working within a Human Resources environment strongly preferred
Must demonstrate high attention to detail, excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills
Solid research skills, with the ability to efficiently and effectively locate relevant information among various sources
Ability to recognize and raise opportunities for improvement
Works well within a team environment, partnering with other members to meet customer needs
Solid PC skills; the ability to learn and maneuver around core systems
Requires the ability to maintain confidential information
