HR Service Center Manager

The EMEA HR Operations Team Lead will manage the day-to-day activities, escalations, and performance of the HR Operations Team. This role requires strong partnerships with the HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (CoE) leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities and align services within this team to meet organizational needs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum four years relevant experience in a HR Operations teamMinimum one year supervisory experienceProcess improvement certification or experienceAdvanced knowledge of relevant HR systems, applications, or toolsAdvanced MS Office knowledgeExperience managing a high-performing operational teamProven track record of exceptional customer experienceStrong problem-solving mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quicklyUse strong judgment, knowledge, and experience to make sound decisionsAbility to work independently and efficiently and demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness as a self-starterExtensive knowledge of Human Resources operations and policies and a strong understanding of local statutory regulations as they pertain to HR in the EMEA regionStrong management reporting, tracking, and presentationWritten and verbal skills to make data driven decisionsDemonstrate the ability to identify patterns/gaps in behavior and processes and propose/identify solutions proactivelyCreate process documentationLead regional HR Operations team activitiesEnsure a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, recognition, performance management, development, and succession planningInterview and hire new team membersProvide performance-related feedback and guidanceResolve team performance-related issuesDrive individual development plansDrive engagement and recognition activity plansEnsure business continuity and succession plansMonitor team performance and objectivesSupervise Regional HR Operations Advisors' daily activitiesServe as the final escalation point for customer calls and inquiriesTriage and resolve escalated Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 requests as neededPublish monthly executive dashboards/KPI metric reportingEnsure all audit and compliance activities and requests are adhered to for the regionProactively manage relationships with other key functional areas including Payroll, Finance, HRIS, HRBPs, and ITLiaison with external payroll and benefit vendors as neededServe as a SME or lead on HR Projects and improvements as needed, including UAT and requirements gatheringConsult and implement regional integration activities for mergers and acquisitionsMonitor SLA compliance
