We are currently looking for an HR Service Center Analyst to join our team in Aguascalientes, México. This role is the first point of contact for Nissan employees across multiple regions, providing support and guidance on HR-related inquiries, policies, and processes.

A Day in the Life:

Respond to inbound calls and cases from employees, resolving first-level HR inquiries and escalating complex issuesEducate employees on HR policies, benefits, and self-service toolsSupport internal reporting, data reviews, and cross-functional projectsIdentify and assist with process improvement initiativesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of company programs and HR systems

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency (spoken and written)1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or HR (preferably in a call center environment)Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and HR systems
