HR Service Associate 

We are looking for a dedicated HR Service Associate  who excels in handling repetitive tasks independently and collaboratively within a team setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of maintaining high productivity while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit and extend job offers Create, refresh, and fill requisitions Enter Core HR transactions (promotions, pay increases, terminations) Perform various tasks related to system clean-up

Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Productive in a remote work environment; reliable internet connection required Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Work Hours:

Standard hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Extended shifts from October 12 - November 26: 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM Availability to work Sundays (approximately 1 Sunday every 4-6 weeks) Increased Sunday work from October 12- November 26 Ability to work Saturdays from October 12 - November 26 (approximately 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks)

Hybrid Work Model:

80% remote work from home In-office requirement every Wednesday Additional in-office days if the manager is in town (Monday - Thursday) Manager will be in town the week you start along with one week in November  Flexibility to attend in-office training sessions as required
