Job Description:

Job Summary
This position provides specialized and organizational support services to assist the Human Resources function. He/She maintains and manages various reports to include data manipulation, data validation/troubleshooting, data formatting, and final version validation. This position also provide support in multiple systems that support Career Development and Succession Planning. He/She may provide advanced, and confidential support to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Prepares reports per requirements.Retrieves and consolidates data from multiple external and internal sources.Generates standard and ad-hoc reports.Distributes Service Awards.Provides miscellaneous office support.


Qualifications:

Effective oral and written communications skillsKnowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access and advanced Excel skills Human Resources experience - PreferredClerical experience - PreferredBachelor's Degree or International equivalent work experience - Preferred
