HR Representative
HR Representative System One is partnering with a client seeking an HR Representative to support a variety of HR functions, including employment, benefits, training, labor relations, and special projects. This role serves as a first-line contact for HR inquiries and provides assistance with policy interpretation, documentation, reporting, and program administration. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with day-to-day HR administration, including employment, benefits, personnel research, government reporting, training, and FMLA processing. + Serve as a first point of contact for general HR questions from employees, managers, and vendors. + Prepare, process, and verify HR documentation, including employment and benefits paperwork, reports, correspondence, and training materials. + Conduct research, compile statistics, and assist with the creation of reports. + Support and help facilitate workshops and training sessions for employee and management development. + Participate in special projects and provide administrative support across HR functions. Qualifications: + Associate degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent education/experience. + Knowledge of HR policies, programs, and applicable regulations. + Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). + Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. + Ability to research, analyze data, and prepare accurate reports. + Comfortable presenting information to groups and individuals. + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
