This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.
What we’re looking for:
Good knowledge of French (minimum B2 level)Comfortable using English in a professional contextIntermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new toolsCustomer-focused approach and willingness to take initiativeAbility to plan and organize tasks, solve problems, and work well in a teamThe Recruitment Support will:
- Collaborates closely with Recruiters according to their area of specialization.
- Participates in weekly planning and status meetings with the Recruiters they support.
- Coordinates the recruitment interview process:
J1: Contacts candidates by phone and schedules the initial online interview via Visio.J2: Arranges the in-person interview day in Clermont-Ferrand, which includes various assessments with the Recruiter, HR Business Partner, or Hiring Manager.Organizes and books candidate lunches. Handles reimbursement requests for candidate travel expenses related to recruitment.Manages communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process (Recruiters, Managers, PDP, and others).- Manages employment contracts for various types of hires, including fixed-term, permanent, agency staff, collaborators, and executives:
Prepares employment contracts and ensures timely collection of signatures.Compiles and monitors administrative employment files.Provides administrative support and responds to queries from all involved parties.- Oversees the administrative hiring process:
Completes all administrative steps related to hiring.Validates the new employee’s work schedule in the designated system (GTA).- Responds to internal and external partner inquiries in coordination with relevant stakeholders, maintaining a strong service-oriented approach.
- Proposes and implements improvements within their area of responsibility, with a continuous focus on simplifying and optimizing processes.
