Responsible for the recruitment of high-volume field operations as well as exempt positions Review & disposition of applications Phone screen qualified candidates Support recruiting team as needed Ability to read, analyze and interpret job descriptions Must be able to function well in a fast-paced team environment Ability to organize, problem solve and manage multiple priorities Microsoft office – (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) UltiPro experience a plus

Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of progressive related high-volume and exempt level recruiting.
