HR Recruiter
Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join a team in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. In this onsite role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing and recruiting talent to support our growing organization. This is a Contract-to-long-term position, offering a unique opportunity to transition into a stable role based on performance. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Conduct high-volume outreach, including making approximately 100 calls per day to identify and engage potential candidates. • Perform intake interviews to assess candidate qualifications and align them with organizational needs. • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to maintain accurate records of recruiting activities. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions. • Source talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and detail-oriented networks. • Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers. • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while adapting to organizational growth. • Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to manage recruitment-related documentation and communication. • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to leadership. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or corporate recruiting. • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including ATS systems and online platforms. • Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume recruiting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for communication and documentation. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with candidates and internal teams. • Ability to work onsite in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, during standard business hours.
