Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, contract basis in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers. Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried positions up to the managerial level. • Source and evaluate candidates to create a shortlist for open roles. • Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews with hiring teams. • Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding their interview status. • Negotiate offers and finalize hiring terms with selected candidates. • Utilize Workday to oversee the hiring process, from reviewing resumes to onboarding. • Track and present hiring progress to leadership using organized reports. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing. • Proficiency in using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems. • Strong skills in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics. • Ability to negotiate offers and manage hiring agreements. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for managing hiring data. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Previous experience recruiting for managerial roles is preferred.
