Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Orlando, Florida, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. This position is a remote position. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. With a focus on the boiler service industry and related sectors, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce development and team-building efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals for the boiler service industry and other relevant sectors.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and coach them on best practices for candidate selection.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
• Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate qualifications and ensure candidates align with organizational goals.
• Partner with project management teams to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in corporate or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong ability to source and attract candidates through various channels, including networking and online platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach managers and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices within the boiler service or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Experience with ADP or other financial services platforms is preferred.
