Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process, focusing on high-volume hiring within the pharmaceutical industry. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to building exceptional teams in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer stage.
• Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized and efficient recruitment workflows.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience through proactive outreach and networking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and implement best practices.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, coming out of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and diverse networks.
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with recruiting for Quality Assurance and Quality Control positions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
