Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless hiring processes for a high volume of positions. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can source, screen, and schedule candidates efficiently while working closely with management. Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles. • Schedule interviews between candidates and management teams, ensuring smooth coordination. • Optimize job postings and utilize various online platforms to attract top talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Perform local recruitment efforts to identify applicants within the region. • Screen resumes to identify potential candidates who meet job requirements. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within applicant tracking systems. • Provide timely updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. • Proficiency in conducting phone screens and in-person interviews. • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proven ability to optimize job listings and sourcing strategies. • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with management and candidates. • Familiarity with local recruitment efforts and labor market trends. • Ability to work independently and adapt to urgent hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
