Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey, supporting the pharmaceutical industry. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage recruitment processes and ensure seamless coordination between candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities: • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. • Coordinate interview schedules by aligning candidate and manager availability. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and monitor recruitment processes efficiently. • Screen applicants to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture. • Facilitate communication between candidates and managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. • Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and filing essential recruitment documentation. • Leverage tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom for effective communication and organization. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout recruitment activities. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process to enhance efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment. • Strong skills in sourcing candidates using various platforms and techniques. • Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. • Proficiency in Office tools, Outlook, and Zoom. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
