Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join a team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition and HR support functions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment and have a strong ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and administrative support.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting or corporate recruiting.
• Strong skills in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
