HR Recruiter
Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Dearborn, Michigan. This Contract-to-long-term position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to key recruitment initiatives while gaining exposure to various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for building connections to support our growing workforce. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to maintain organized records of candidates and hiring activities. • Conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Support the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns to attract top talent. • Maintain effective communication with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive hiring experience. • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting opportunities on various platforms. • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes. • Stay updated on industry trends and employment regulations to ensure compliance and best practices. • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources functions. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, such as ADP Workforce Now. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with background checks and pre-employment screenings. • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
