Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a detail-oriented and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing recruitment processes, from screening candidates to preparing offer letters. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial screenings of a high volume of applications to identify candidates with relevant experience. • Perform phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for open positions. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align strategies accordingly. • Draft and process offer letters for selected candidates in a timely manner. • Utilize corporate recruiting techniques to attract top talent. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and applicant information. • Support the HR team in implementing recruitment best practices. • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Assist with onboarding tasks and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements • Proven experience in corporate recruiting or a similar HR role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate outreach and collaboration. • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently. • Proficiency in drafting detailed offer letters and other HR documentation. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus. • Willingness to work 100% on-site during standard business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
