This position is responsible for accurate processing, tracking, and archiving confidential HR documents in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and adept at handling sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities:Process and maintain confidential employee documents in both physical and digital filing systemsAudit personnel files to ensure required documents are current and completeAssist with document imaging, indexing, and archiving within HR systemsEnsure compliance with retention schedules and organizational policyRespond to internal requests for employment verification or documentation retrievalSupport special projects related to HR compliance, audits, and reportingCommunicate with HR team members and other departments to gather or verify documentation Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework in business or HR preferredOne or more years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR or records-related roleStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience working with document management systems preferred  Your New Opportunity:Join a mission-driven institution dedicated to advancing education, research, and community impact.
