HR Projects & Operations Manager – 1 Year Contract

Marsh McLennan is seeking a Temporary HR Project & Operations Manager (1 Year) – IMEA Region

Join our HR team as a versatile HR Project & Operations Manager, where you'll play a key role in executing strategic HR initiatives across the IMEA region. This role combines project management, process improvement, and operational HR support, requiring a proactive professional who can drive projects forward while also contributing to day-to-day HR activities. You will collaborate closely with regional HR partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of HR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
Assist in developing project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
Work with HR partners, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and clarity
Contribute to HR process improvements, organizational initiatives, and change management efforts
Support HR operational activities, including system updates, process documentation, and colleague engagement efforts
Balance project delivery with operational support to ensure continuous HR service excellence
Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to senior management on project status and results
What You Need to Succeed:

 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience working in a multinational environment
3+ years of project management experience, ideally within HR, consulting, or related roles
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while supporting HR operations
Strong background in process improvement, change management, and project execution
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Visio; familiarity with project management tools is advantageous
Stakeholder influence and change-driving capabilities
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience in HR transformation or organizational change projects
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
Understanding of Agile, Product Owner, or Design Thinking methodologies
