HR Project Coordinator
Our UPMC Chautauqua Human Resources team has an exciting opportunity available as a Human Resources Project Coordinator. This is a regular, full-time position that primarily works daylight hours, Monday through Friday, at UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown, NY. In this role, the HR Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating employee events such as new hire orientation and employee experience events. Additionally, they'll respond to employee inquiries, prepare HR reports, and maintain data and information that relates to programs and initiatives for the Northern HR Pod. They are the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to HR office. Our ideal candidate has excellent organization, customer service, and Microsoft Excel skills. Apply online today for your chance to join our team! **Responsibilities:** + General involvement with all Human Resources aspects of the organization + Provide support, where needed, for all events and activities + Provide first level support for department programs and initiatives. Communicate problems or complex requests to the Management. + Assist in documentation of processes, standards, procedures, and policies for programs and initiatives. + Maintain an understanding of UPMC human resources programs, policies and procedures to support programs and initiatives + Participate in design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives. + Assist with department administrative support. + Develop and maintain documents and materials to support effective roll out of programs and initiatives. + Develops and maintains Excel Spreadsheets and creates and develops Power Point Presentation as needed + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 2 years of experience in project planning and/or administrative function required. + OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent client service skills and proven ability to deal effectively with employees. + Ability to coordinate projects, manage tasks, establish priorities, make decisions, and follow issues through to resolution as directed. + Highly motivated, detail oriented and results-oriented. + Excellent time management skills. + Ability to function in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision. + Dependability and professionalism. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** + Act 34 **UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran**
