HR Project and Process Manager

The HR Project and Process Manager is involved in a wide range of projects and/or programs on a global level. You will develop, implement and adjust project plans to deliver key initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the process improvement design using Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to align process improvement projects with strategic goals. Implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operation. Maintain process documentation. Act as a liaison between different departments for process alignment and implementation. Evaluate the impact of process changes. Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
At the least 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles. Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Lean tools, such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S. Experience in HR, understanding HR processes and their value for the enterprise is a strong advantage. Prince 2 or other relevant project management certification is an advantage. Proficient written and verbal English language skills. Strong analytical skills.
