HR Project Analyst
Job Title: HR Project AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Project Analyst to support a high volume of People Solutions initiatives across multiple countries. This role involves coordinating project activities, documenting and comparing processes regionally, drafting SOPs and procedures, and assessing whether processes align with our People Solutions support model. You will partner closely with Knowledge Managers, Business Analysts, Regional Migration Specialists, and Technology to maintain plans, timelines, notes, tasks, and next steps, driving the completion of deliverables across a wide range of People team projects.

ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning and tracking by creating and maintaining timelines, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports, ensuring follow-ups and on-time deliverables.Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes and decisions, record owners and due dates, and proactively chase updates to unblock dependencies.Coordinate across time zones with regional partners; schedule and manage recurring project ceremonies.Map current-state HR processes, gather inputs from regional stakeholders, and document pain points and variability.Draft clear SOPs, procedures, and decision trees in alignment with content standards from Knowledge Managers.Perform regional process comparisons and summarize fit/gap against the People Solutions support model.Size and categorize processes by volume, complexity, risk, and readiness for migration or centralization.Partner with Knowledge Managers to translate process details into employee-facing and internal content requirements.Track content needs, country variants, and review cadences, logging updates and surfacing gaps or ambiguities for owner decisions.Collaborate with Regional Migration Specialists to build cutover checklists, operational readiness criteria, and hypercare plans.Coordinate UAT/regression testing for process or system changes, draft test scripts, manage defects, and confirm retests with owners.Build concise dashboards and status decks highlighting progress, risks, and decisions needed.Maintain a single source of truth for project artifacts in SharePoint/Confluence or similar repositories.Ensure process documentation reflects legal, privacy, and country-specific requirements by routing to the right reviewers.Apply lightweight governance including version control, approvals, and retention of sign-offs.
Essential Skills5–7 years in HR operations/project support, specifically HR project coordination, HR operations, or business analysis supporting multi-country initiatives.Strong documentation skills including SOPs, process maps, requirements, meeting notes, and decision logs.Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for tracking/analysis, PowerPoint for status reporting, and Word for documentation.Familiarity with SharePoint/Confluence and one or more work trackers such as Smartsheet, Planner, or Jira.Solid project coordination capabilities including timeline management, RAID tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and clear written communication.Working knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, time/leave, payroll interfaces, organization changes, and benefits, with sensitivity to regional differences.Comfortable working across time zones and with diverse stakeholders.Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Visio (complex process mapping).Experience with case management tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, ADP, and Workday.Understanding of AI, HR Portals, HR Content Repositories, and Corporate Web Pages.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday and basic understanding of how process changes translate into system steps.Experience supporting knowledge management efforts without platform ownership.Familiarity with change management basics and/or Lean/continuous improvement concepts.Certifications like Six Sigma or PMP (not mandatory).Bachelor's degree (not required for contractors; may be needed for conversion).
Work Environment

This position is based in North Austin, within a corporate complex featuring beautiful offices with amenities such as cafes and gyms. Parking is free. The office schedule is as follows: Week A requires in-office presence on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Week B requires Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. There is also an option to work in-office five days a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
