Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Record, verify and execute transactions according to process documentation. HR activities to be covered: Reporting,  Data maintenance, Employee Transfer, Lending, Reorganization and Return from Abroad, contract changes, some onboarding activities).Monitor process exceptionsSupport and follow up on issues within workflow systemsCooperation with internal partners (German market – includes business partners, managers, recruiters, works council)Creation of employment documents as well as data maintenance in the systemPerform controls (process, ICS)Contribute to process improvements 

 

Who You Are:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including customer service experience.Strong attention to detail and familiarity in working with documentation.Fluent in English (minimum B2) and German (minimum C1), both written and spoken.Experience in HR IT systems (e.g., SAP GHP/Workday) and HR processes is a plus.
