What will your responsibilities be?

Management of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processesIdentifying performance gaps, implementation of training solutions, and leading talent development initiativesSupporting staffing and resource planning in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition teamCollaboration with other HR functions such as Payroll, HR IT Systems, HR SSC and HR BPsMaintaining HR systems, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing data insights to support strategic decisionsEnsuring clear internal communication and compliance with labor laws and company policiesReview and alignment compensation packages; support employee wellbeing and benefits programsLeading initiatives that foster employee engagement, professional growth, and a strong organizational culture


Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

University degree in economics, psychology or social science or comparable educationMin.2 years’ experience in HR field (Recruiting, Staffing or Personnel Development)Experience in staffing, training and development, employee communication and reportingProject Management skillsStrong Time Management and Priorities ManagementExcellent Communication and Presentation skillsGood PC user skills (Excel and PowerPoint)Fluent English requiredSolid knowledge of local labor legislationWorkday/Human knowledge is an advantage
