Overall objective of the Role 

Responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, reviewing and improving internal processes, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise and support a selection of clients 

Key responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core HR processes (e.g., On-offboarding, Personal Data Changes, Compensation, Payroll Process, Contract Changes, performance management, employee lifecycle).

Competences to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.

Collaborate with HRBPs to align HR processes with business needs and drive consistency across functions and geographies.

Be responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook.

Establish and maintain effective communication with the client concerning processes, incidental cases, and escalation matters.

Act as the go-to expert for assigned HR processes, ensuring documentation, compliance and communication are up to date.

Responsible for the resolution of technical issues escalated from the team and ensuring all system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidences so Application Services and/or Products can investigate.

Monitor process performance using KPIs and feedback mechanisms to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

Partner with HRIS and other stakeholders to ensure systems support efficient and user-friendly HR processes.

Facilitate training and change management related to process updates or implementations.

Proactively identify upsell opportunities.

Time Recording to be completed on time and accurately.

Requirements for the role:

High level of Dutch and English communication skills.

Relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.

Business-related studies such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management competences.

Great understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their interdependencies.

Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to manage challenges constructively and drive initiatives effectively.
