Join our HR Global Shared Services Center as an HR Process Analysis Intern and get hands-on with international projects that drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization. The internship start date is the 15th of August. 

 

What You'll Be Doing:

 

Help gather, clean, and consolidate process data for analysis. Support with reports, templates, and action tracking for ongoing HR process initiatives. Receive wide exposure working with various managers and supporting a global head in an international corporation.  Keep our internal documents and templates polished and aligned with best practices. Assist in organizing team meetings and workshops.

 

 

What You'll Be Doing:

 

Graduates or students enrolled in university programs, preferably related to HR, Business Administration, etc.  Confident using Excel and other Microsoft tools. Experience working on projects or extracurricular activities is a strong advantage.  Fluent in English, with at least B2 level in German. Detail-oriented, analytical, and always up for a new challenge. Proactive mindset and solid time management skills.
