We are looking for a HR People Services Specialist to join our People Services Team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and facilitate the daily HR function with the aim to contribute to the goals and results of the overall HR department and Organization. This role will be particularly focused on the UK, Ireland and Jersey.
This role will report into the Senior Team Lead, People Services and will provide general HR support to Clarivate Analytics EMEA. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and facilitate daily HR functions with the aim to contribute to the goals and results of the HR department and the Organization.
About you-experience, education, skills and accomplishments
2 years of experience in Human Resources or similar administrative role with a focus on the UK
Proficiency in Spanish and English, additional language desirable but not mandatory
1+ years of experience in MS Office
1+ years of experience working with policies, procedures and standard

Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all relevant paperwork is issued, returned in a timely manner. Ensuring that all relevant trackers are updated, and background checks (if applicable) are completed as required. Preparing candidate offer letters, employment contracts and job change documentation as required.Providing tier 1 support to all colleague queries relating to onboarding, offboarding, as well as company policies and processes and/or escalating as appropriate. Responding to colleague questions and queries assigned through HR Help (our case management system).Partnering with Data management team to ensure all colleague changes and paperwork are updated and filed accordingly in our HRIS system.Working closely with other Centres of Excellence (COEs) on any absence cases that may need follow up / escalation to another Service teams.Managing benefit administration for onboarding and offboarding of colleagues as required and managing the monthly payroll administration activities.Supporting the administration of Time Tracking system in the respective countries.Manages employee data in accordance with IT and HR security and confidentiality requirements.What’s in it for you:
