You’ll be a key member of our Global HR team, partnering closely with leaders across our Power Solutions business in Denmark. This role is all about being a trusted partner and connector — supporting managers in their day-to-day people leadership, bringing fresh thinking to HR processes, and helping us shape an inclusive and engaging culture.
And the best part? You won’t do it alone. You’ll work alongside a passionate international HR community, and our AskHR team will have your back with operational support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Guide, coach, develop and support leaders/people managers on people topics and global leadership processes, enhancing the employee experience Acting as a go-to trusted advisor, business HR liaison, coach and change agent for leaders/people managers, handling tactical people issues and topics Ensure effective communication and implementation of change management initiatives, fostering high engagement and successful outcomes Together with leaders/people managers collaborate on employee development, ensuring key workforce skills and capabilities are identified and developed to meet future market demand and business needs Further encourage the company culture and engagement together with business and people leaders to support goal achievements, psychological safety and an inclusive work environment
What We're Looking For
We know that great People Partners come from many backgrounds. Here’s what we think could make you successful — but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box:
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, leadership coaching, or similar people-focused roles
• A genuine interest in business and people — and how to bring them together
• Experience navigating change and supporting growth with heart and focus
• Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and someone who leads with empathy
• Comfortable working across cultures and complexity
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)

The job is mainly based at our headquarters in Nordborg, with the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid setup.
