What will you be doing?

Prepare and process weekly payroll for dockworkers union, bi-weekly payroll for approximately 275 union employees and payroll semi-monthly for approximately 110 salaried employees using Kronos and UKG software. Calculate the attendance and annual vacation eligibility for union employees. Assist with open enrollment and qualifying event changes. Support the annual 401k audit and assist Accounting with all other audits that involve payroll and HR information

What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude Experience with automated Hours and Earnings gathering software (Kronos) and automated Payroll software, specifically UKG. 5-7 years of payroll processing experience
