HR Partner Specialized Care (M/F/T)

The HR Partner Specialized Care (M/F/T) is a subject matter expert and will handle escalated associate or manager/supervisor inquiries. You will ensure that associates have access to necessary support and that we remain compliant with any country’s requirements. This role will report into the Manager, Specialized Care EMA North & West.

Your tasks:

Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and proceduresProvide coaching and counsel on performance, compensation, career development, etc. that align with and support the business strategyEffectively guide leaders through difficult situations, employee relations and conflictAsk critical questions in order to evaluate situation and provide guidanceMaintain broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operationsEffectively and efficiently navigate complex global organizations to resolve issuesProvide relevant updates and/or concerns regarding service delivery model for selected countriesOversee policy & complianceSupport the implementation of global HR strategiesEscalated self-service transactionsPerformance Management (Coaching, Discipline & PIP)Development of personnel policy initiatives based on corporate goals in intensive cooperation with the managers of stakeholder departments

Your profile:

3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HR Specialist.Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business & Human Resource Management, or a related discipline from a recognized University of Applied Sciences is preferred.Experience in HR Shared Services Operations, HR Business partnering, or HR Service Delivery is preferred.In depth experience of dealing with works councils in Germany.Experience with a company bound by collective bargaining agreements is desirable  Fluent verbal and written German.Excellent verbal and written English.Strong consultative skills and ability to influence without direct authority.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws and regulations.
