Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise (Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technical knowledge)
In-depth knowledge in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Labor Laws etc.Extensive practical experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Training, Organization Development, Coaching, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit, and Labor RelationsFundamental knowledge in Finance and Accounting, Legal, Operations, Business Statistics, and InnovationObjective and fair judgement ability with analytical and logical thinking skills and multiple viewpointsLeadership (Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change)

Support such various clients as Osaka-site, Narita-site, GMS & GQ Japan, and other global functions in GMS and GQWork closely with different HR functions such as COEI, PAG, and TBS etc.EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor degree, Business, Management, and Human Resources are preferred.Extensive relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in large complex organization(s) with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships). Ideally previous industry related experience, international company experience, multi-cultural environment.Minimum of 5 years HR generalist/specialist and/or HR Business Partner experienceResult oriented and able to develop plans/solutions and to deliver expected results even in ambiguous circumstancesSkilled in developing HR plans/initiatives and aligning people management practicesAbility to manage and interpret employment laws into pragmatic solutions and navigate line management through its complexitiesAnalytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to make timely and balanced decisionsBusiness communication, negotiating and influencing skills demonstrated by the ability to use a range of different approaches, to persuade others and to gain acceptance of proposals and decisionsOpenness and flexibility to deal with and communicate change effectivelySelf-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a teamStrong interpersonal skills combined with cultural sensitivityEnglish communicationStrong ability to influence indirect authorityADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
