What your background should look like:1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analytics
• Develop actionable insights from talent analytics (blue-collar) to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.
• Support end-to-end blue-collar recruitment (operators & technicians) through channel development, data consolidation & analysis, and reporting.
2. Training & Talent Development
• Support regional rollout of critical L&D initiatives (e.g., technical upskilling, leadership pipelines).
• Monitor L&D program effectiveness via KPIs; iterate based on feedback and business needs.
3. HR Process Optimization
• Spearhead continuous improvement projects to simplify HR workflows, establish governance frameworks, and track ROI on efficiency gains.
4. Regional Project Leadership
