They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives. **What your background should look like:** Job responsibilities: • Lead blue collar recruitment and work as main focal to internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment channels development, recruitment posters design & branding promotion, recruitment report updates etc. • Oversee & lead employee communication and co-ordinate employee activities or events. • Manage labor contract and retirement process. • Support in Corporate Social Responsibility programs. • Complete various harmonization projects cross-sites relating to workforce planning, employee engagement, performance reviews, policy and procedures and other HR operational tasks. • Take in charge of probation performance management and assessment. • Other HR projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
