**Description and Requirements**
**Lenovo** is seeking an experienced and skilled **HR Partner** with a specific focus on supporting the **International Sales organization in** **Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and GTAP Region (Greater Asia Pacific) Marketing . As an HR Partner** , you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support to the business, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities will include:
+ Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
+ Providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
+ Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
+ Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
+ Collaborating with other HR functions to deliver HR services and support.
**Job Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
+ At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources & Business partnering experience
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
