Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and leadersAdvise on the application of HR policies and standard workAddress employee questions and concerns. Promotes positive employee relations by listening to concerns and creating awarenessAssist leaders with corrective action policies in collaboration with HR Business Partners; conduct investigations when necessaryIdentify training needs. Coordinate and facilitate training programs, including employee onboarding programsSupport career development initiativesAssist leader with coaching, performance improvement plans, feedback sessions and provide advice on setting performance goals and objectivesEnsure accurate documentation of employee-related changes in Workday, including reporting relationships and job description updates; assists with HR standard work application related to interim pay changes, job descriptions, and pay changesParticipate in HR related projects as requestedPerform additional tasks as delegated under the guidance of assigned HR Business Partner(s)Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR management or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:
