Description and Requirements Provide strategic HR support assigned Business organization vertical including organization structure design, HR resource planning, talent mapping, leadership development etc.Understand business strategy and engage business leaders to drive innovative environment through HR initiates/ tools such as performance management, recognition, and other necessary HR programs.Be responsible for key development projects such as Management Workshop etc.Supports HR-related communications rollouts for assigned organizations, ensuring that business is prepared to address HR programs and processes with accuracy and following the HR calendar.Collaborates with appropriate HR functions to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure business compliance with HR programs. To support overall New Zealand site HR related matters.
