We are looking for a proactive HR Partner to support Lenovo’s operations in Slovakia. In this role, you will serve as one of the HR contacts for employees and managers, ensuring alignment with Lenovo’s global HR strategy and full compliance with Slovak labor law.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Act as HR Partner and focal point for employees and managers in Lenovo Slovakia, including management of both global and country-specific HR programs and processes Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations, performance and development Ensure compliance with Slovak labor law by advising managers and employees, aligning internal processes with legal requirements, and implementing updates based on new regulations. Ensure pay equity across the organization by acting as an advocate and advisor on compensation matters. Promote fairness, transparency, and alignment with internal benchmarks and market standards. Company Car Fleet Management: Oversee the management of the company car fleet and associated operations, including coordination with external leasing companies and providing guidance and support to company car users. Work closely with functional HR teams - Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and HR Operations Support to HR Manager and HR Director: Provide operational support to HR Manager and the HR Director, including assistance with reporting, administrative tasks, and any other required activities. Support various local and global HR ProjectsRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within an international environment.Solid knowledge of Slovak labor law is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Fluent in Slovak and English (both written and spoken).Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
