This is a flexible part-time role based in Jersey, with occasional travel to London. An exciting opportunity to shape culture, implement structure, and grow into the role.
What You'll Be DoingPartnering with founders, directors, and the board on people strategy
Owning onboarding/offboarding, contracting, HMRC coordination (via third-party)
Designing and implementing L&D programmes (including regulated CPD)
Leading appraisal processes (mid-year and annual)
Coordinating recruitment logistics: interviews, screening, offer process
Building scalable HR policies, systems, and infrastructure from scratch
Supporting the Jersey team closely
What We’re Looking ForJunior/Mid-level HRBP or generalist experience
CIPD qualified (or working towards)
Skilled across the HR lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, L&D, ER, policy
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at senior level
Enjoys working autonomously in a high-trust, entrepreneurial environment
Looking for part-time flexibility, ideally with long-term growth potential
