A dynamic, fast-growing investment group are looking to hire their first dedicated HR professional to build out the people function from the ground up.

This is a flexible part-time role based in Jersey, with occasional travel to London. An exciting opportunity to shape culture, implement structure, and grow into the role.

What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with founders, directors, and the board on people strategy

Owning onboarding/offboarding, contracting, HMRC coordination (via third-party)

Designing and implementing L&D programmes (including regulated CPD)

Leading appraisal processes (mid-year and annual)

Coordinating recruitment logistics: interviews, screening, offer process

Building scalable HR policies, systems, and infrastructure from scratch

Supporting the Jersey team closely

What We’re Looking For

Junior/Mid-level HRBP or generalist experience

CIPD qualified (or working towards)

Skilled across the HR lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, L&D, ER, policy

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at senior level

Enjoys working autonomously in a high-trust, entrepreneurial environment

Looking for part-time flexibility, ideally with long-term growth potential
