Function Overview

We are looking for a new colleague in our department HR Operations (HON) at Monterrey, MX. 

In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues for the Americas region. We are looking for team members who enjoy managing HR administrative processes in a global environment and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers.

Job Description

Your tasks as HR Operations Analyst:

Provide HR transaction support for MyHR Suite processes, (hiring and onboarding, terminations, transfers, compensation & benefits, etc.) Creates, Updates, and maintains Employee records in SAP success factors, People Soft and TRESS up to date. Creates and delivers reports and maintain personnel files/documents. Uses a Case Management System “ServiceNow” to resolve requests in a time and quality manner. Actively build and develop the HR knowledge base to help HR Ops colleagues perform duties with efficiency and high quality. Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency. Apply sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information. About you:

Your profile as HR Operations Workforce Admin Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of experience in Human Resources field Bilingual/native proficiency in Spanish & English; limited proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. Experience using SAP success factors or similar HCM system. Psoft and TRESS is a plus.  Ability to complete HR processes and transactions in multiple systems successfully and simultaneously. Experience understanding and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Previous HR operations experience preferred. Passionate attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially. Familiarity with and understanding of HR policies and procedures. Experience with case management systems (e.g. ServiceNow) Ability to assist others in understanding new processes and influence them to try new ways of working. Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handling multiple tasks and reacting quickly to problems and issues.
