Summary CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC Fort Campbell, KY The G1 HR OPNS Support Analyst shall provide advice and assistance to the Commanders and staff on matters related to personnel policy and readiness, personnel accounting and strength accounting, awards and decorations, personnel actions and RESET programs. Responsibilities Assist with ensuring Commanders and staff are updated with most current personnel policy and readiness, personnel accounting and strength accounting, awards and decorations, personnel actions and RESET programs. Assist in developing and tracking personnel plans and programs in support of the daily and contingency operations. Assist with ensuring appropriate number of personnel are available to meet unit mission requirements. Assist with maintaining daily and contingency operational needs and requirements of Human Resource Operations. Assist in providing H/R coordination in garrison to support units during training exercises and contingency operations. Assist in providing seamless support to units during daily, training and contingency operations. Assist in providing H/R support to meet needs during daily, training and contingency operations. Assist in processing Officer Candidate School direct select packets, ROTC Scholarship packets in accordance with all essential information to meet OCS and ROTC packet submission requirements. Assist in processing Exception to Policy (ETP) requests on stabilization and stop loss moves; Operational Deferments/Deletions, awards, evaluations, and separations; SQI/MOS/ASI classification/reclassification, AWOL and Dropped from the Roll Actions. Assist in processing, monitoring, reviewing and updating Enlisted and Officer Record Briefs. Assist with monitoring and processing orders and reassignment orders. Assist with maintaining accurate Enlisted and Officer Record Briefs/orders and reassignment orders. Assist with preparing memorandums, letters and reports for Command Group signature. Assist with maintaining and providing suggested changes to HR regulations, policies and messages, review and monitor HR policy changes from DA, HRC, and FORSCOM. Assist with maintaining most recent H/R regulations, policies and messages. Collect and consolidate weekly installation PERSTAT. Assist with providing accurate and reliable customer service support to units assigned to Fort Campbell in G1 as well as unit S1 locations on all HR task listed in Sub-Task 5.2.2. (a-q) Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum two (2) years’ experience in HR on matters related to personnel policy and readiness Possess an Active Secret Clearance. Experience in developing and tracking personnel plans and programs; HR policies; and maintaining and providing suggested changes to HR regulations, policies and messages from DA, HRC, and FORSCOM Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge in personnel accounting and strength accounting. Ability to maintain Secret Security clearance. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Ability to read and interpret documents and comprehend instructions. Ability to effectively present information to management, employees, and government personnel. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to define problems, collection information and establish facts. Must have an active secret security clearance.
