HR Operations Specialist - North America

**The Position**
Ready to take the next step in your HR career? We’re seeking a motivated team member to help build and enhance our HR General Services across North America. This role offers the opportunity to lead key back-end processes throughout the employee life cycle —from onboarding to offboarding— while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
+ Participate in the roll-in of the selected client countries following the deployment roadmap regarding employee central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
+ Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
+ Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any similar programs.
+ Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration.
+ Extensive customer orientation- International experience.
+ Business fluency in English.
+ Ideally work experience in different HR roles.
+ Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
